Carlos was born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala, where he graduated from high school. He immigrated to Louisiana when he was 18 years old and has lived in Oklahoma since 2003. While living in Louisiana, he managed the largest Hispanic-owned law firm in the New Orleans metropolitan area for nearly seven years. Carlos’s experience also includes working for a nationally recognized law firm known for its expertise in catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death cases. He also has nearly eight years of experience in economic development, having worked for one of the most successful Chambers of Commerce in the United States. Additionally, he has seven years of experience as a Corporate Manager for a national insurance adjusting firm.
Carlos is passionate about helping clients and the Hispanic community.
Carlos has been married to his wife, Vivian, for 20 years and has two children, David and Maria.
Carlos has an adorable granddaughter, Maria’s daughter, Ruby Rose. Carlos’s family enjoys attending church and participating in sports and outdoor activities.
